How We Got Here

Started in a cramped Bay Street office back in 2012, we've grown into something we're genuinely proud of. Here's the quick version of how it happened.

2012 - The Beginning

Three lawyers, one vision, and way too much coffee. We opened our doors with the idea that corporate law didn't have to be stuffy or out-of-touch. Our first client? A tech startup that couldn't afford the big firms but needed serious legal work.

2015 - First Big Win

Represented a mid-size manufacturer in a complex commercial dispute that everyone said we'd lose. Spoiler: we didn't. That case put us on the map and taught us that preparation beats reputation every single time.

2018 - Expanding the Team

Moved to our current Bay Street location and brought on specialists in IP and employment law. We'd learned that clients needed more than just litigation support - they needed a team that understood every angle of running a business.

2021 - Pandemic Pivot

Like everyone else, we had to figure things out fast. Turns out, virtual consultations and document sharing made us more accessible to clients across Ontario. Silver lining and all that.

2025 - Today

We're still the same firm at heart, just with more experience under our belts. We've handled hundreds of cases, helped dozens of companies navigate tricky waters, and built a reputation for being straight shooters who get results.
